Terms of Conditions

This website is intended for person-to-person donation system. Tatsuya's 10000th day from birth is May 23rd 2017. If you can come to my party in Tokyo on 22nd May, you don't need buy beer and you just come to the party to celebrate me. But if you can't come to the party but you still want to celebrate my 10000th day, you can buy me beer via this website :) That's why this website exists. Actually I want see all of you and talk with you. Also I want to say "thank you!" to all of you. hehe Anyway, Buy me beer!!!

System and Payment Method

  1. This website has just a link to a Paypal transaction page. You can click button and go to Paypal. There you can pay and buy beer for me :)
  2. This system uses Paypal for transaction. You don't need worry about security. I don't get information about your credit / debit card, bank account or any other transaction info. Via Paypal I just get information about your name and email because I need to know who gives beer to me and to send a thanks message.
  3. A beer price is 250 Japanese yen, which is about 3 US dollars. If you need buy more than 2 beers for me, you can change the amount of beers in paypal page. :)

Information

  1. I will get your name and email from Paypal. I only use this information to know who gives beer to me and to send a thanks message. I will not use this information for any other usage.

Return

  1. Even if you want to return your money after transaction, basically I don't return. sorry.
  2. But if you made a big mistake, for example you change the amount of beer to 10000, I try to return but I'm not sure whether I can do or not. So Be careful when you pay money. I don't want to ruin our relationshop because of this...

Prohibited Actions

When using the Services hereunder, users may not conduct any of the following acts or any act Tatsuya detemines falls under any of the following:

  1. acts that violate any laws or regulations or that are associated with criminal activity;
  2. acts that defraud or threaten Tatsuya, other uses or other third parties;
  3. acts against public order and good morals;
  4. acts that infringe any IP Rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation or other rights or profit of Tatsuya, other users or other third parties;
  5. acts to transmit to other users, throgh the Services, any of the following or any transmissions that Tatsuya determines includes under any of the following:
    • Excessively violate and cruel content;
    • computer viruses or other hazardous computer programs;
    • content that damage the reputation or the credit of Tatsuya, other users of this services or other third parties;
    • excessively indecent content;
    • content that encourage duscriminations;
    • content that encourage suicide or self-muuilation;
    • content that encourage drug abuse;
    • antisocial content
    • content for the purpose of disbursing information, such as chain mails;
    • content that causes unconfortable feelings to third parties;
    • content for the purpose of encounting unacquainted persons;
  6. acts thea place an excessive burden on the network or system of this services;
  7. acts that threaten to interrupt the operation of this services;
  8. acts to access or attempt to access the system or network if this services improperly;
  9. acts to impersonate a third party;
  10. acts to use the user ID or password of other users of this services;
  11. acts of exploition, advertisement, soliciting, or marketing without Tatsuya's prior consent;
  12. acts to collect information of other users of this services;
  13. acts that cause disadvantage, damage or uncomfortable feelings to other users of this services or other third parties;
  14. atcs that violate the Rules;
  15. acts to provide Antisocial Forces with profit;
  16. acts that are intended to encounter unacquainted persons;
  17. acts that, directly or indirectly, evoke or facilitate acts listed in preceding items; or
  18. other acts that Tatsuya deems to be inappropriate.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. If there are sales of goods in this Services, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
  2. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court in the first instance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be executed in the Japanese Language. Japanese shall be the governing language and any translation of these Terms and Conditions into any other language is for convenience of reference only and shall not bind the parties hereto.
